Return & Exchange Policy
At Geek, all products are fulfilled and shipped through our partner, Printful. Please review the following return guidelines:

Defective or Damaged Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Claims deemed to be Printful’s error will be covered at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address

If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility.

You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods (e.g., face masks) due to health and hygiene reasons.

Returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges are not supported. If you wish to offer size exchanges, a new order must be placed at your expense.
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

We will provide instructions for returning the item directly to Printful.
